RETURN POLICY

 

What’s your return, exchange or refund policy?

Due to the small batch and natural qualities of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

It is our deepest hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us,  we understand that everyones skin is unique and reacts differently based on skin type. We encourage you to reach out to us before purchasing should you have any questions.

Our products are handmade and carefully put together with great care and detail.  If there are any issues with your order when it arrives, please contact us within 72 hours of arrival.

If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it. In order for us to replace the items, we ask that you send a photo of the damaged items to mochiskincarenewyork@gmail.com within 72 hours upon receipt of your package. We may ask you to send the broken items back to us (we will cover shipping costs) before sending your new item. 

We want you to be happy with your order, if you have any questions about what you received and/or how to use it, please send us an email, we will do our best to help assist you.

How do you ship?

We offer complimentary shipping in the US for all orders over $100, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands). Orders typically leave our studio within 2-4 business days of your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for transit time to your destination. (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within approximately 2 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day and will ship within 2 to 4 business days. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for transit time to your destination. (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands) take 4-6 weeks.

Can I change or cancel my order when its processing?

We are unable to make any changes to your order once it is processing.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S. right now.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products shelf life after opening is 6 months. Since our products are preservative-free, To maximize the shelf life of your products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excess moisture. Tighten/secure the cap on products when they are not in use.

Wash applicators thoroughly with soap then allow to dry completely before use.

How do I know if I have allergies to your products?

If you have any concerns, history of skin sensitivities and or allergies please perform a skin test before using any of our products. A skin test is usually performed inside the arm, apply a pea size amount and wait 5-10 minutes to see your skins reaction.

I'm pregnant, which products are suitable for me?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before purchasing any products containing essential oils.

My products are become runny, can’t use anymore?

If your products are runny or liquid like, give it a good mix and pop it in the fridge until solid.

What I should not do?

Do not apply any skincare on your unwashed hands and face.

Never dilute products (e.g., mixing water in our products).

Avoid sharing cosmetics and personal care products with another person.

Do not use it If something you’re using smells different, changes color or texture, separates or looks sketchy, throw it out. Old or expired products could cause skin irritation or bacterial infection.

Do not use it if your skin is irritated or infected. Throw out cosmetics that were used during a period of infection.

Do not eat.
